Contact your regular GP clinic and ask for a copy of your health summary.
This helps our doctors understand your medical history, current medications, and any relevant conditions before your appointment.
Step 2: Book Your Appointment
Once you’ve received your health summary, book a telehealth or in-person consultation at our Annerley location.
Step 3: Attend Your Consultation
Visit the clinic for a private consultation with our doctor.
They’ll assess whether plant-based care is suitable for you.
If approved, your prescription can be filled next door at Nerang Station Street Chempro Chemist for your convenience or in any pharmacy of your choice.
